Introduction

So you have decided to become the member of security that uses the most cigars with some excellent drip. Your job is to brood at the bar and occasionally solve crimes.

You go and solve crimes through a combination of collecting pysical evidence, interviewing witnesses and 'interviewing' suspects.

Challenge

The detective is a challenging role where you try to gather evidence to get convictions of suspects.

Tools

Criminal Records Computer

This allows you to get records on everyone on the station, you can use the top bar to search for whatever you select in the dropdown menu.

Detective Stamp

Your stamp, allows you to stamp papers.

Forensic Scanner

You can use this on any door or object to get information on who touched it, this will print out fingerprints (or fibers if they are wearing gloves) of everyone who touched it. Sometimes people will wash off the item, leaving only soap residue.

You can also use this on any liquid or liquid container to get any relevant DNA. This includes residue on melee weapons.

Forensic Gloves

While wearing these gloves you leave nothing while handling evidence.

Forensic Pad

This is a yellow pad that allows you to take people's fingerprints.

Go Go Hat

This allows you to record the goings on around you.

LogProbe

This allows you to get logs from any door or vending machine, simply use your PDA on any door and open the LogProbe program.
